# 2.2.3 Sihteeri

Sihteeri vastaa pöytäkirjan pitämisestä ja arkistoinnista seuran ja johtokunnan kokouksissa. Sihteeri on nimenkirjoitusoikeudellinen joko puheenjohtajan tai varapuheenjohtajan kanssa. Jokaisen johtokunnan kokouksen jälkeen sihteeri tiedottaa toimihenkilöiden WhatsApp-ryhmässä joukkueille tiedotettavat asiat.
