* Tekee johtokunnalle ehdotuksen kesän KHT:n ja urheilukeskuksen vuoroista. 
* Osallistuu kunnan palavereihin kentistä ja saleista.
* Toimii seuran Julius-järjestelmän pääkäyttäjänä.
* Varaa Julius-varausjärjestelmää käyttäen kunnan salit ja muut seuran tarjoamat salitilat joukkueille.
* Säilyttää Taponkedon avainta ja lainaa sitä tarvittaessa joukkueille, jotta joukkueet pääsevät sisään.
